By accessing or using any service provided by Amka Innovation — including our extensions, plugins, consulting services, and member area — you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

Description of Services

Amka Innovation provides digital organization tools and consulting services. Our extensions connect to third-party platforms such as Notion, Airtable, and others through their respective APIs. Our consulting services help organizations structure and optimize their digital systems. All data processed by our extensions remains in your workspace — we do not store your workspace data on our servers.

Accounts and Authentication

Certain features require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to update it as needed.

Subscriptions and Payments

Some extensions are available under a free tier with limited features. Plus features require a paid subscription, billed monthly or annually as selected at the time of purchase. Prices are displayed before purchase and may be adjusted with reasonable notice. If prices change, your current price remains in effect until the end of your active billing period. At your next renewal — whether monthly or annual — the updated price applies automatically.

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your member area. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access to plus features until then. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. Tasks and data previously generated in your workspace remain yours after cancellation.

Third-Party Integrations

Our extensions interact with third-party platforms through their official APIs. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or limitations imposed by these platforms. Your use of these platforms is subject to their own terms of service. You grant Amka Innovation the necessary permissions to read from and write to your connected workspaces solely for the purpose of providing our services.

Data and Privacy

We respect your privacy. Our extensions process data within your workspace and do not store your workspace content. Account information and preferences are stored securely. Full details are outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Use of Services

You agree to use Amka Innovation services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or interfere with the proper functioning of our services. Unauthorized use, including exceeding usage limits through automated means, may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Intellectual Property

All content, code, design, and materials created by Amka Innovation are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our services without explicit written permission.

Disclaimer of Liability

Amka Innovation services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or the accuracy of results produced by our extensions, as these depend on third-party platform behavior and user configuration.

Termination

Amka Innovation may suspend or terminate your access to services at any time for violation of these terms or for any activity that disrupts the proper functioning of our services, without prior notice.

Changes to Terms

Amka Innovation reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through your registered email or through the member area. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France.
