Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Amka Innovation collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our extensions, member area, and consulting services.

What We Collect

When you create an account, we collect your email address, name, and language preference. This information is stored securely in our database and is used to manage your account, identify your subscription tier, and communicate with you when necessary.

When you use our extensions, you grant Amka Innovation permission to access specific databases in your connected workspace (such as Notion or Airtable). We read data from your recurring schedule database and write entries to your tasks database based on the rules you configure.

What We Do Not Collect

We do not store your workspace data on our servers. All data processed by our extensions stays in your workspace. We do not access databases or pages beyond what you explicitly connect through the member area. We do not read, store, or process the content of your tasks, notes, or any other workspace data outside of the properties you configure for use with our extensions.

Property Mappings

When you configure your extension in the member area, you define which properties in your recurring schedule database correspond to which properties in your tasks database. These mapping configurations — property names and types — are stored in our database to enable the extension to function. The actual content of those properties is read from and written to your workspace directly and is not retained by us.

Authentication and Permissions

We use Notion's official OAuth process (or the equivalent for other supported platforms) to request access to your workspace. You choose which pages and databases to share with Amka Innovation during this process. You can revoke access at any time through your platform's integration settings.

Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by our third-party payment provider. We do not store your credit card details or banking information. We only receive confirmation of your subscription status from the payment provider.

Data Security

Your account information and configuration data are stored securely using industry-standard practices. Access to our database is restricted and protected. We use encrypted connections for all data transfers between your browser, our servers, and third-party platforms.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. Your data is only shared with third-party services strictly required to provide our services — specifically your connected workspace platform and our payment provider. No other parties receive your data.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your account information at any time. You can update your profile through the member area or contact us directly. If you delete your account, your profile data and property mappings are permanently removed from our database. In accordance with GDPR and applicable French and European data protection laws, you may also request a copy of all data we hold about you.

Cookies

We use essential cookies only — for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or any third-party advertising cookies.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices. Significant changes will be communicated through your registered email or through the member area. The updated date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised.
